Description: The design and construction of a Twin Submarine Tailings Outfall complete with diffuser section.
Supplied in 560 mm OD SDR9 High Density Polyethylene Pipe Work.The pipeline was constructed using a butt-fusion welding procedure for each joint and was hydraulically tested to prove the integrity of the system on completion. 

Main parameters:
- Overall Length - 3 kilometers.
- 750 meters outfall section was buried into the seabed until a depth of
  17 meters, with a minimum cover of 1,3 meters.
- 2300 meters were laid directly onto the seabed.
- Maximal installation depth (position of the diffuser) – 280 meters.
- Specially designed concrete weights were installed every 6 meters along
  the length of the pipeline, which guarantee the stability of the pipeline
  even if the pipe, at it final working position, is filled with air.
Contract value in USD: 2,600,000
